Mentoring Millennials- Career Seminar

This seminar will help young aspiring professionals understand the workplace skills employers expect, and will also clarify how mothers/mentors can help millennials foster these skills.
Mentors and mothers, bring your favorite millennial to review these crucial skills.
Through engaging dialogue and activities, new hire hopefuls will learn:
- The TWO major changes in thinking every millennial needs to make in order to succeed in the workplace
- FIVE skills that strong job candidates convey in a job interview (and then practice as stellar employees
Please join corporate leader, college recruiter and author, Andrea Dolph, to hear her insights and learn tools for career success.
Andrea Dolph is a 20 year corporate leader with hands-on experience in strategic business and IT technology planning, program management, process optimization and planning/managing budgets in the millions of dollars. Andrea is co-chair of the Career Seminar Series program at the Women’s Resource Center
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: College students, graduate students, recent graduates AND/OR mothers or mentors of these young aspiring professionals.
