Pamela Elaine Nichols
Pamela Elaine is a Resilience Expert. She facilitates a woman’s bounce back to personal power. While wife and mother of four children, she put the wants and needs of family first and ignored her own. This led to a breakdown and breakup. Searching for a breakthrough (i.e., bounce back plan), she discovered the secret power of beauty and transformed her life from the inside out. From this breakthrough discovery, she crafted a 4-part “Resilient Beauty” practice that accentuates a woman’s physical, emotional, financial and spiritual power. Pamela Elaine debunks the popular belief that “beauty” is based only on one’s dress and bust size. Instead, she promotes beauty as the power to transform how a woman feels and lives. Pamela Elaine guides a woman to create her personalized resilient beauty practice, and uses entertainment to inspire women to commit to this practice for long- term happiness and success.
Before starting her business, Destined for Greatness Enterprises, Inc., Pamela Elaine made important contributions to the health care field during her extensive career in management. As Program Director at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, she conceptualized, designed and created a diabetic eye disease prevention program that gained community-wide attention and an opportunity to present at a national conference. Her work was published in a peer-reviewed journal. While Program Officer at The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, she developed a strategic set of guidelines that become part of a multi-million dollar diabetes program. During her work as Director of Community Relations at Virtua Health of South Jersey, Pamela Elaine reorganized the department to better serve the community’s health needs. Using her analytical problem solving skills, Pamela Elaine identified opportunities to save United Concordia – one of the largest dental companies in the U.S. – six-figure savings by identifying inefficient and costly business processes.
Pamela Elaine is a speaker, author, producer and singer. She has appeared on several radio and news spots to promote health, happiness and success for women, particularly mothers. She appeared as a guest on the Dr. Oz Show to share her story about building her business as a healthy way to bounce back from divorce. Her first book, Muddy High Heels: 14 Lessons Learned From My Breakdown, Breakup and Breakthrough, explores the deep reason she, like many mothers, did not make her happiness and success a priority. Pamela Elaine is co-writer and vocal artist for three original songs, and co-producer of a 3-part “Resilient Beauties” episode that appeared on public television. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (an expert in business process improvement), a triathlete and half- marathoner.
A native of Los Angeles, CA, Pamela Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from California State University at Northridge, and a Master of Health Sciences Degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. She resides outside of Philadelphia, PA with her children.
