Sheila Brennan is currently doing her life’s passion although it would have surprised her 30 years ago as she stood at the altar promising “until death do us part.” Over 10 years ago, Sheila turned the nightmare of a divorce into a business as a Divorce Coach to help clients strategize their approach and become more active participants in their divorce. It’s a relatively new concept but everyone who’s been divorced wishes he/she had a Coach to guide and support them through the process.
Prior to the divorce coaching business taking off, Sheila worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in the Human Resources area of Professional Development. Sheila was well known for her personal encouragement and passion for leading others to greatness in their careers.
Sheila spent most of her adult life in various cities in Massachusetts and returned home to the Philadelphia area in 2011 to focus completely on the business of coaching others through divorce. She hosts the Women’s Resource Center Divorce Resource Nights quarterly and started the practice of having sponsors contribute not only with their expertise but also in a financial way.
Ms. Brennan has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a Master of Education in Technology from Leslie University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Sheila is honored and privileged to participate with the Women’s Resource Center in the capacity as a Board member.
