Binney WietlisbachThrough a series of three personal stories, Binney Wietlisbach, President of The Haverford Trust Company, will relate how being involved truly is the first step to achieving success in life. Binney’s strong work ethic and persistence, along with her management experience have served her well in an industry traditionally dominated by male executives. She has been recognized nationally by Barron’s as one of the Top 100 Women Financial Advisors (2010-2015).  A strong believer in educating women to be more involved in their financial matters, Binney started the Haverford Speaker Series for Women which hosts educational, motivational and inspirational events throughout the year.  Now entering its seventh year, more than 3,000 women have attended these events.

Renee AmooreLuncheon Emcee, Renee Amoore, started her own company, The Amoore Group in 1996 based on her experience in business, healthcare, civil rights, and politics. She was the first African American elected to the Upper Merion School District, and serves as a Republican strategist for Fox News, CNN and local Philadelphia stations. Amoore’s book, “The Elevator of Achievement: Determination Requires a Choice,” demonstrates how women can move up the corporate ladder by shaping their own attitudes about success, prejudice, oppression, equality, business, and leadership.

Molly WatsonOur Honoree, Molly Kuehn Watson, is the Chief Operating Officer at Tierney Communications. She has been selected for her influence in the local business community and her advocacy work on behalf of children with special needs. Molly began in media at Young & Rubicam NY where, as a Vice President, she earned the “Media Excellence” award for her work on Advil. She later joined Tierney as Media Director, where she quickly assumed greater leadership responsibilities. In 2005 she received the Tiffany & Co. Women of Distinction award for Parentspeak, an organization she co-founded to advocate for severely neurologically impaired children.
