She uses a creative and integrative approach to mix various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy to do so. Lydia is systemically trained and works with individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in working with individuals exploring their identity, self-worth, purpose, work-life balance, anxiety, and depression. She also works with couples from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with communication, disengagement, and life transitions. She is particularly passionate about working with first-generation immigrant populations, millennials navigating “adulting” and men dealing with depression, anxiety, and career transitions. Lydia has an undergraduate degree from Temple University, and a graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University. She is excited to be a part of WRC as she helps her clients find their own versions of success through wellness and mental well being.
